Description
The AirTAC GAL Series is a line of pneumatic lubricators that inject a controlled oil mist into compressed air lines, protecting the internal moving parts of pneumatic cylinders, valves, motors, and tools from wear. Installed as the last stage of a Filter-Regulator-Lubricator (FRL) unit, the GAL Series uses a gap-seal drip design for reliable oil-supply adjustment: a single-turn oil feed ring meters flow in a near-linear relationship to the graduation ring position, while a specialized drip-nozzle geometry creates negative pressure at the outlet to minimize oil mist carryover. The bowl can be refilled while the unit remains under pressure, and its large capacity reduces refill frequency. GAL Series units are a functional replacement for the SMC AL40-20 series.
