Titgemeyer SAN2 Riveting System
Description
- System Overview: Titgemeyer SAN2 is a modular and universal automatic riveting system for blind rivets, designed for fully automatic production and assembly lines.
- Process Automation: Automatically processes rivets from the sorting phase through the setting phase.
- Workflow: Rivets are sorted in a vibration bowl, fed to a transport, prepared in the rivet charger, and set by the riveting head, while the torn mandrel is exhausted to a garbage bin.
- Diagnostics & Data: Constantly monitors and evaluates system behavior, performs cycle evaluations based on setting stroke and force, and exports riveting data to a master system to significantly reduce line downtime.
- Control & Integration: Contains fully built-in riveting logic driven by user requests via a simple IO or Modbus TCP interface, controlled by a central unit that coordinates all components.
- Specifications: URCap Plugin SAN2URcap, v1.0.
- Software Required: Polyscope 3.7+ or 5.1+.
- System Dependencies: Compressed air (working pressure 6 bar) and a 24 VDC 2 A power supply.
- Certifications & Standards: EN ISO 12100: 2010, EN ISO 4413: 2010, and EN ISO 4414: 2010.
