Our Integration Process
1. Discovery & Application Review:
We start by understanding your process, throughput requirements, floor constraints, budget, and timeline. Nothing is assumed.
2. Concept & System Design:
Our engineers develop the automation architecture, component specifications, cell layout, and control strategy.
3. Proposal & Engineering Sign-Off:
You receive a detailed proposal with mechanical drawings, BOM, electrical architecture, project schedule, and clear acceptance criteria.
4. Fabrication & Programming:
Panel build, mechanical assembly, and PLC, HMI, and robot programming are completed in Tavoron's facility under quality controls.
5. Factory Acceptance Test (FAT):
The complete system is proven at Tavoron's facility before it ships to yours.
6. Installation & Commissioning:
Our field team handles on-site installation, startup, tuning, and operator training.
7. Ongoing Support:
Field service, preventative maintenance, remote monitoring, and programming support are available post-launch through a single point of contact.
Integration Capabilities
Robotic Cell Integration
6-axis industrial robots, collaborative robots (cobots), and SCARA systems integrated with custom end of arm tooling, parts feeders, vision guidance, and safety guarding for assembly, machine tending, welding, palletizing, and material handling applications. Tavoron is factory-trained and authorized on Universal Robots, FANUC, TechMan, Epson, and ABB platforms.
Control Architecture & Panel Build
PLC-based and PC-based control systems with HMI touchscreens, servo motion control, safety PLCs, and industrial networking all engineered and fabricated in Tavoron's UL 508A certified panel shop with complete as-built documentation and factory-tested before shipment.
Machine Vision & Inspection Integration
Vision-guided assembly, 100% in-process part inspection, dimensional measurement, and barcode or RFID traceability integrated into automated production cells. Tavoron engineers are trained on Cognex, SICK, LMI Technologies, Datalogic, and other leading vision platforms.
Safety System Integration
Complete machine safety design including risk assessment support, safety PLC programming, light curtain and laser scanner integration, interlock systems, perimeter guarding, and CE/OSHA/ISO 13849 compliance documentation.
Compressed Air, Vacuum & Pneumatic Integration
Compressed air system design, piping layout, valve manifold assembly, and full pneumatic circuit integration as part of complete automation cell builds ensuring the air quality and pressure your system demands.
