Training
The most sophisticated automation system in your facility is also the one your team is least confident troubleshooting at 2 AM on a Saturday. Tavoron training programs are built to close that gap – giving your operators the confidence to run the system correctly and your maintenance technicians the knowledge to keep it running. We train on the equipment you actually have, not generic examples from a slide deck.
Training Programs
Operator Training
Hands-on operator training delivered on-site during or following system commissioning. Covers safe system operation, HMI navigation, recipe and program selection, production monitoring, fault acknowledgment procedures, and immediate response to common alarm conditions. Every operator leaves with documented competency against a defined task list.
Maintenance Technician Training
In-depth maintenance training covering system architecture, component identification and location, preventative maintenance procedures and intervals, spare parts management, diagnostic tool usage, and structured fault diagnosis for automation, robotic, and compressed air systems. Designed to eliminate the "call the OEM" reflex for issues your team should be able to resolve independently.
PLC & HMI Programming Training
Application-focused programming training covering ladder logic fundamentals, structured text, motion function blocks, HMI screen development, and real-world troubleshooting using your system's actual code.
Robot Programming Training
Operator and programmer training for Universal Robots (Polyscope), Epson Robots (SPEL+), FANUC, and ABB platforms. Covers safe operation modes, pendant navigation, waypoint and path teaching, I/O configuration, vision system integration, and program backup procedures.
Compressed Air System Training
Compressed air fundamentals, compressor operation and control modes, air treatment equipment function and service requirements, leak detection techniques, and system troubleshooting methodology for maintenance teams responsible for compressed air infrastructure. Reduces emergency call frequency and improves first-response quality.
Manufacturer Certification Programs
Tavoron coordinates access to factory certification training through Atlas Copco, Gardner Denver, Quincy, Mitsubishi Electric, FANUC,Universal Robots, and other key manufacturer partners including both virtual and in-person programs at manufacturer training facilities for personnel who require formal certification.
