Kitting
The Right Parts. The Right Quantities. Ready When Your Team Is.
A missing component stops a build. A mis-picked component restarts an inspection process. Tavoron kitting services eliminate both problems by delivering everything your build requires — verified against your BOM, organized in build sequence, and staged for delivery to your dock or directly to your production line.

Kitting Process
1. You provide your BOM, part numbers, and any sequencing or packaging instructions.
2. Tavoron picks and verifies each component against your BOM — quantity, part number, and revision.
3. Components are organized, labeled, and packaged to your build sequence and container requirements.
4. A packing list and verification record is included with every kit.
5. Kits are delivered just-in-time to your dock or staged directly to your production line.
Kitting for Ongoing Production
Kitting isn’t just for new builds. Tavoron works with maintenance and operations teams to create standing PM kits, recurring production consumable packages, and replenishment programs that keep your storeroom stocked at the right level — without carrying excess inventory or running short at the wrong moment.
