Tavoron sub-assembly services take individual components and deliver pre-built, pre-tested, clearly labeled sub-systems — built to your drawings, tested at Tavoron’s facility, and shipped ready to mount. Your installation team plugs it in and moves to the next task.

Pneumatic Control Panel Assembly
Pre-assembled pneumatic control panels with solenoid valve manifolds, individual directional control valves, flow controls, pressure regulators, silencers, and pre-plumbed tubing — terminated with push-in fittings and configured for your connector interface. Pressure tested and leak-checked at working pressure before delivery.
Valve Manifold Assembly
Solenoid valve manifold assemblies with station plates, sub-bases, intermediate plates, and electrical terminations — configured to your valve map, coil voltage, and connector standard. Electrical continuity verified and coil actuation confirmed before shipment.
FRL & Air Preparation Assemblies
Pre-assembled filter-regulator-lubricator combinations, modular filter-regulator units, and air preparation panels — sized to your flow requirement, configured for your inlet/outlet connection, and set to your target regulated pressure. Ready to hang on the machine.
Electrical Sub-Panel Assembly
Custom DIN rail mounted electrical sub-assemblies — terminal blocks, power supplies, circuit breakers, I/O modules, safety relays, and wire duct — assembled to your drawing, all conductors sized, routed, and labeled to your wiring standard. Power-on tested before delivery. Your electrician connects it, not builds it.
