The people who lead Tavoron have done the work, understand the industry, and are accountable for delivering on the promises we make to our customers.
Chief Executive Officer
Nicholas Martino is the CEO of Tavoron, bringing over 25 years of leadership experience, including his previous role as CEO of JHFOSTER, where he led the company’s growth in compressed air, robotics and automation solutions. With a strong background in global operations and senior roles at ITW, he has a proven track record of driving operational efficiency, managing P&L responsibilities, and achieving significant revenue growth. Nicholas holds an MBA in Marketing & Finance from Philadelphia College of Textile & Science (now known as the University of Philadelphia) and a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from Villanova University.
President, Automation Integration
Robert Komljenovic serves as President of Automation Integration at Tavoron, leading strategy, execution, and growth across the segment. He brings more than 30 years of leadership experience in global industrial manufacturing and automation – most recently as Chairman and CEO of Acieta, LLC, where he led operational restructuring, introduced new go-to-market strategies, and guided the business through a successful exit. Known for building high-performing teams and driving profitable growth, Komljenovic also serves on the Society of Manufacturing Engineers Educational Foundation Board of Directors in support of STEM education initiatives.
President, Automation
Scott Wojciak, a seasoned executive with expertise in industrial automation and distribution, previously led the Fluid Power, Automation, and Engineered Solutions Division at Singer Industrial and held leadership roles at BW Rogers, including Vice President of Sales, Director of Sales, and Regional Business Unit Manager. Known for his results-driven approach and customer-focused leadership, Scott has spent his entire career advancing commercial strategy and operational performance across the automation sector. He began his career as a Sales Engineer and earned BW Rogers’ Salesman of the Year award early in his tenure.
President, Compressed Air
Trey Donze, a proven leader with over 20 years of experience in the industrial equipment and compressed air industry, serves as Senior Vice President of Compressed Air at Tavoron. He previously led multi-state growth and operations as Vice President of Sales and Operations at Airmatic Compressor Systems and held senior roles at OTC Industrial Technologies, including Director of Sales – Air Supply Group and District Manager. A Qualified Air Master+ Specialist with certifications in Lean Six Sigma Foundations and Vistage Leadership Development, Trey has earned multiple industry awards for sales and operational excellence.
Nancy Wickard
Chief Financial Officer
Nancy Wickard is the Chief Financial Officer at Tavoron, with over 19 years of financial leadership experience. Leveraging her strong accounting background, she oversees the company’s financial planning, strategy, reporting, and cash flow management, playing a pivotal role in ensuring the company’s financial health and positioning it for long-term growth. Nancy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from St. Cloud State University.
Vice President, Marketing & Communications
Christie Koester is a marketing leader with over 20 years of experience, currently serving as Vice President of Marketing & Communications at Tavoron, where she drives strategic initiatives and brand growth. Previously, as Director of Marketing at JHFOSTER, she increased new customer revenue through integrated digital strategies, specializing in lead generation, marketing technology, and brand development. Christie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Speech Communications with an emphasis in Public Relations and a minor in Health from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater.
Vice President, Human Resources
Kitso Veasy is the Vice President of Human Resources at Tavoron, where she leads HR strategy across operations in the U.S. and Canada to support the company’s aggressive growth plans. With extensive experience in workforce planning, talent development, and risk management, Kitso drives key initiatives such as onboarding mergers and acquisitions, employee retention, and compliance. Kitso holds a Master’s in HR/Organizational Management from Concordia University-St. Paul, a bachelor’s in human resources from Concordia University-St. Paul, and an associate’s in human resources from St. Paul College.

President, JHFOSTER
Clark Oster is a seasoned expert in compressed air systems with over a decade of experience, currently serving as President of JHFOSTER, where he has held key leadership roles. With a background at Ingersoll Rand and expertise as a Robotics Engineer, Clark holds an MBA in Finance from the University of Minnesota – Carlson School of Management and dual bachelor’s degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison. Combining technical expertise and strategic leadership, Clark drives innovative solutions and business success.
President, Celco
Jeff Leinweber is the President of Celco Controls Ltd., bringing over 20 years of experience in business development and leadership within the automation industry. Previously serving as Vice President and General Manager, Jeff has been instrumental in driving growth and strategic direction for the company.
President, HTE Technologies
Jeff Broussard serves as President of HTE Technologies. With over 20 years in industrial operations, Broussard leads efforts in factory automation solutions and advanced robotics across HTE’s Midwest markets. His background in strategic development and operational excellence drives HTE’s focus on innovation and stronger customer partnerships.
President, Devlinks
Robert J. Arsenault is an automation and robotics executive with more than 35 years of experience helping manufacturers improve productivity through advanced automation solutions. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing strategic customer relationships, leading high-performing sales organizations, and delivering complex robotic automation systems across a wide range of manufacturing industries. In the community, he is on the Board of Directors for the Fox Valley Music Foundation, which promotes music preservation and the history of the Fox Valley in Illinois.
President, AIM Companies
Andy Fowler, a proven leader with over 49 years of experience in the industrial equipment, compressed air and pump industry, serves as President of AIM Companies at Tavoron. He has been in this role for 30 years. A Qualified Air Master+ Specialist with and Vistage Leadership Development, Andy has earned multiple industry awards for sales and operational excellence. He completed the Masters of Industrial Distribution (MID) program at Texas A&M University in 2014.
General Manager, Accu Tech USA
As General Manager of Accu-Tech USA, Inc., Diana Frost leads the company’s sales, operations, engineering, and customer service initiatives, with a focus on delivering high-quality linear motion and automation solutions. With more than 15 years of experience at Accu-Tech, Diana brings extensive knowledge of the industry, customer applications, and business operations. She is passionate about developing strong customer relationships, supporting her team, and finding practical solutions to meet customers’ unique needs. Under her leadership, Accu-Tech continues to expand its capabilities and product offerings while maintaining a strong commitment to customer service and technical expertise.
President, Seltrol & B.W. Clark
Sean Brown, President of Seltrol, Inc. and B.W. Clark, brings over a decade of experience in industrial automation and distribution. Trained as a mechanical engineer, Sean has spent his career in sales and operational leadership roles within the automation and controls industry. He holds both a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering and an MBA from Clemson University.

Eric Kraus is the President at Doig, a factory automation distributor serving manufacturers across Wisconsin, brining over 20 years of experience in industrial automation and distribution. He leads with a genuine investment in developing people, believing strong teams and character, build a stronger company. Eric is passionate about educating customers and guiding them through their automation journey, partnering with them to solve real problems and achieve lasting results.
