Remote Monitoring

Know What Your Equipment Is Doing. Before It Tells You It's Broken.

Every piece of equipment in your facility is sending signals right now. Temperature trending upward. Pressure differential widening. Current draw creeping higher than baseline. Most facilities aren’t listening — until the equipment stops. Tavoron’s remote monitoring service captures those signals continuously, benchmarks them against established operating parameters, and puts the right alert in front of your team and ours in time to act. Not after the stoppage. Before it.

What We Monitor

How Tavoron Remote Monitoring Works

1. Site survey
Tavoron evaluates your assets and connectivity to determine the right monitoring hardware and data points.
2. Hardware installation
monitoring devices and secure connectivity are installed by Tavoron field technicians.
3. Platform configuration
alert thresholds, escalation logic, and reporting parameters are configured to your equipment and service agreement.
4. Live monitoring begins
data streams in real time to Tavoron's monitoring platform and your dashboard view.
5. Alert response
when parameters exceed thresholds, automated alerts notify your team and Tavoron simultaneously. Tavoron reviews the alert data and contacts you with diagnosis and recommended action.
6. Issue resolution
remote actions are taken where possible; field service is dispatched when hands-on intervention is required.

FAQ

Tavoron's remote monitoring service covers rotary screw compressed air systems (pressure, temperature, flow, power, fault codes), PLC and automation systems (fault history, I/O state, parameters), and environmental conditions in compressor rooms and electrical enclosures. Monitored assets generate real-time alerts and provide Tavoron's service team with full diagnostic context.

Remote monitoring is available as an add-on to Tavoron preventative maintenance contracts and is included as standard in Air as a Utility program agreements. Standalone remote monitoring subscriptions are also available for facilities that want continuous visibility independent of a full service contract.
