Every product Tavoron sells is backed by its manufacturer’s warranty — and Tavoron manages that process on your behalf. You don’t navigate manufacturer warranty portals or spend time on hold with a factory call center. You call or submit a claim through Tavoron, and we handle it. For systems and panels built by Tavoron, our workmanship warranty covers what our team touched. You have one number and one team for all of it.
Warranty Coverage
What's Not Covered
Standard manufacturer warranties typically do not cover damage resulting from improper installation, unauthorized modification, operation outside specified parameters, or normal wear components such as filters, seals, and consumables. Tavoron’s workmanship warranty covers Tavoron’s work — not manufacturer product defects or user-induced damage. If you’re uncertain whether a failure is covered, submit a claim and we’ll assess it.
