Window and Door Manufacturer
A Bayport manufacturer of window frames and door systems already bought automation components from Tavoron. During a routine site visit, Tavoron found the plant's compressed air system was running without a dedicated service partner and performing inconsistently.
After an air study, Tavoron installed a new compressed air system valued at over $900K, enrolled the plant in a utility energy program that returned equipment rebates, and set up a compressor maintenance agreement. Key MRO parts for the customer's machine builds are now stocked at Tavoron's local facility for immediate replacement.
The work led to air studies, turnkey installations and piping projects at the manufacturer's sites in Iowa, Wisconsin and Arizona.

A JHFOSTER customer of more than 30 years had a vision inspection system losing focus and position because its cartesian robot had worn out of tolerance. Rebuilds failed, and any replacement had to reuse the existing motors and controls and fit the same frame.
Account manager Brian Antony led JHFOSTER and Bahr engineers through several design iterations of a heavy-duty cartesian system built on Bahr linear guides and IMI components. It was installed and commissioned without disrupting production.
After more than 12 months in operation, inspection is more accurate and downtime is lower. The customer ordered a second system and is evaluating upgrades for five more machines.

Clark leads JHFOSTER from Eagan and has more than a decade of experience in compressed air systems. He previously worked at Ingersoll Rand and as a robotics engineer. Clark holds an MBA in finance from the University of Minnesota Carlson School of Management and bachelor's degrees in mechanical engineering and economics from the University of Wisconsin–Madison.
