Automation Work From the Tavoron Group
Lenexa customers have the engineering resources of the Tavoron group behind them.
Pet Food Production
IO-Link Sensors Replace Manual Gap Checks
Vibration on a high-volume canning line kept pushing the gap between cans out of spec, and operators had to check it with calipers and adjust by hand.
Tavoron engineers installed IO-Link sensors and a sealed IP67 operator terminal, programmed to show the gap as a green or red gauge so operators can adjust before a problem starts.
Manual caliper checks are gone, downtime from improper spacing is down, and the customer is planning larger automation upgrades.
