Description
The Accurate Thermal Systems FTBLL12 is an electrically heated fluidized temperature bath with a 12 in. working depth. A stream of air fluidizes aluminum oxide media inside a seamless stainless steel tank, and the heated bed carries heat into an immersed part far faster than a still-air oven, which is used to strip paint, oil, grease, plastic, rubber and other organic residue from extrusion tooling and other hardware. It is also used for nitinol shape-setting, sensor calibration and general heat treatment.
