ECH Series
**This is the CLEAN Room Version Ball Screw Driven Actuator, designed for Class 100 environments**
The ECH series actuator by Toyo comes assembled with a high precision ROLLED BALL SCREW – Accuracy class C7 – with preloaded ball nut. It is supported by precision grade recirculating Linear Guides with preloaded carriages to ensure accuracy and stability. The durable aluminum construction offers a strong and stable mounting surface to mount on your assembly. We also offer both TAPPED holes in the mounting base as well as THRU holes to mount from the top.
This actuator can be easily configured for a Cartesian system. All of our actuators come complete with Motor Adaptor Plate and Coupling! This is all included in the price of the actuator. In addition, we offer limit switches that can be mounted on the unit for precise motion control. Our cover plate offers a flush enclosed unit that can prevent pinch points. Stroke lengths can be customized as well as additional carriages.
