Compressed Air & Gas Systems
Clean Air. Reliable Pressure. Lower Energy.
Compressed air is the fourth utility and one of the most expensive to produce. Tavoron supplies the compressors, dryers, filters, nitrogen generators, and piping that deliver clean, dry, properly sized compressed air, plus the audits and service programs that keep energy costs in check.

FAQ
What is ISO 8573 Class 0 compressed air?
ISO 8573 Class 0 is the highest purity standard for compressed air, providing zero oil contamination - required for food contact, pharmaceuticals, electronics, and other sensitive processes. Class 0 is delivered by certified oil-free compressors operating within the proper environmental conditions.
Rotary screw vs. reciprocating compressors - which is right for my plant?
Rotary screw compressors are preferred for continuous-duty, mid-to-high-volume industrial applications because they run efficiently 24/7 with low maintenance. Reciprocating compressors are typically lower cost and suit intermittent, lower-volume duty cycles. Sizing also depends on pressure, dew point, and energy targets.
How much can a compressed air energy audit save?
Most plants find 10–30% energy savings opportunities through right-sizing, leak repair, pressure optimization, and storage and demand-side controls. Tavoron's Compressed Air Energy Audit identifies waste and quantifies ROI.
Can Tavoron design and install new air piping?
Yes - we engineer and supply reliable air piping systems built for low pressure drop, easy expansion, and long service life, with installation through our service network.
What is Air as a Utility?
It's a managed compressed air program where Tavoron owns, operates, and maintains the air system, and the customer pays for compressed air by the CFM. It eliminates capex, transfers reliability risk to Tavoron, and is ideal for plants prioritizing uptime and energy outcomes.
