Description
The TOYO Robotics ECH22 is a clean room ball screw driven linear actuator from the ECH Series, designed for Class 100 cleanroom environments. It is built with a high-precision rolled ball screw (accuracy class C7) and preloaded ball nut, supported by precision-grade recirculating linear guides with preloaded carriages for accurate, stable motion. Its durable one-piece aluminum construction provides a strong, stable mounting surface, with both tapped and through-hole mounting options. The ECH22 offers a repeatability of ±0.01 mm, a maximum horizontal payload of 150 kg, a maximum vertical payload of 55 kg, a maximum speed of 2000 mm/sec, and available stroke lengths of 100-1500 mm.
