With the acquisition of REGAD, a specialized toolmaker of thin wall parts located in France, Wittmann can offer the complete solution, including high performance tools and the integrated automation system.
The customer will receive a fully tested and optimized package, saving a lot of upfront coordination, start-up time and money.

The hot runner molds are designed specifically for thin wall parts and offer an extremely stable mold construction with optimized cooling channels. Based on years of experience, these high performance molds are supplied for guaranteed high production volumes and are well suited for IML projects.

REGAD has manufactured molds for injection molding since 1961 and has a very experienced team and well equipped production plant to supply high performance molds.
Fast cycling molds for the packaging industry have been built since 1988. This specialized team is now fully integrated in the worldwide Wittmann-Group.
