What does turnkey automation mean?
A turnkey automation system is delivered fully engineered, built, programmed, tested, and ready to run on installation typically including mechanics, controls, robotics, safety, and integration with the customer's MES or upstream/downstream equipment. The customer signs off, and the cell produces parts.
What is a Control Reliable Inspection System (CRIS)?
CRIS is a vision-based inspection architecture engineered to control-reliable safety and quality standards - verifying packaging, labels, fill levels, and product integrity at line speed. CRIS systems are common in food, beverage, pharma, and consumer goods packaging.
What is an Automated Flex Feeder System (AFFS)?
AFFS combines vibratory feeding, vision-guided robotics, and intelligent software to orient and present randomly oriented parts to downstream automation. It replaces hard tooling and enables rapid SKU changeover for high-mix assembly.
