The Banner Engineering ABR7000 is the premium tier of Banner’s imager-based barcode reader line, built for long read distances and difficult direct-part-mark (DPM) codes on machined metal and electronics. It offers longer focal lengths, up to 16 mm, with Liquid Lens autofocus models that compensate for distance automatically, multicolor DPM lighting that combines bright-field and low-angle illumination, and ID-NET networking that links up to 32 readers for multi-head inspection. Resolution options run up to 2 MP for demanding code and text reads.
