The Toyo ETB series actuator comes with a highly durable belt that can be assembled in four various slide option positions. This Standard Belt Driven Actuator can be installed with either a PU Belt (Clean Room AT5, with steel mesh) or a Rubber Belt (Normal Environment 5GT, with Glass Fiber). All of these ETB Actuators come with a belt adjusting mechanism that can be checked or tightened/loosened at anytime.
For special orders, a patented oil add hold can be implemented on the slide to lubricate multiple areas at a time lowering maintenance time and overhead. On top of all these great additional feature, this actuator is assembled with a high rigidity body and cover. This one piece extruded aluminum structure is optimal for mounting applications. Also, its torsion resistant lid is designed to prevent deformation during long stroke movements.
On top of all these features there are two sensor locations, both external, used to pick up a reading or trigger a device. Finally, there are six motor mounting locations.
