EAGAN, Minn., October 5, 2026 – Tavoron today announced the appointment of Ryan Finnegan as Chief Human Resources Officer. Finnegan will report to Chief Executive Officer Nicholas Martino and serve on the company’s leadership team, leading people strategy across Tavoron’s divisions.
Â
Finnegan brings 20 years of human resources and talent experience, much of it in manufacturing and distribution environments. Most recently, he led human resources for Celltrion’s first U.S. manufacturing and distribution site. Before that, he spent nearly 12 years at Lannett Company, a U.S. pharmaceutical developer and manufacturer, where he was promoted through five roles to Senior Director of Human Resources. At Lannett, he helped scale the organization from 250 to 1,250 employees in 18 months and built leadership development and succession planning programs. He began his career in talent acquisition, including roles at Ascena Retail Group and Aspire Financial Search.
Â
“As Tavoron continues to grow, how we hire, develop, and support our people matters more than ever,” said Nicholas Martino, CEO of Tavoron. “Ryan has done this work at scale, and he shares our commitment to building a workplace where our team members and our business can both thrive. We’re glad to have him on board.“
Â
“Tavoron has built something special across its divisions, and its people are at the center of that,” said Finnegan. “I’m looking forward to getting out to our sites, listening to our team members, and building on the strong foundation that’s already here.“

Finnegan holds a B.A. in Communication from the University of Scranton. He will be based in Philadelphia.
